St. John US Virgin Islands 2010
2010 came in with a flurry of activity as we completed a nice project for Harith Productions on the island of St John in the US Virgin Islands. Our staircase is featured in the Presidential Suite of a luxury villa overlooking Fish Bay on the south side of the island.
We coordinated a complete re-design of the existing staircase, and replaced it with a graceful, freestanding form matched to the ocean theme of the suite. "Steve Lukens produced a miracle for me!" said Harith Wickrema, owner of Harith Productions. Harith added, "Steve came in and saved this job, when another stair company couldn't give us what we wanted. He responded quickly and gave us exactly what we asked for, right down to the sea turtle carvings and gold leaf scallops on the newel posts. An absolute masterpiece!"
We definitely enjoy giving our customers what they want!
